- Review your proof. We send a digital proof in 24–48 hours and adjust it, gently and without charge, until it feels right to you.
- We print and ship from our US partners, arriving in 5–9 business days.
About ordering a made-to-order keepsake: because each portrait is created for you, we ask you to approve the proof before we print — and the order is final at that point. Take all the time you need at the proof stage; revisions are free, and if a print ever arrives damaged we'll reprint it at no cost.
