These terms govern your use of loyalcanvas.com and the purchase of our products. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to them. Last updated 10 June 2026.

1. About us

This store is operated by Loyal Canvas, a studio operated from the Netherlands. Our products are printed and shipped by our print partners in the United States.

2. Our products

We create custom, made-to-order pet portraits and related keepsakes from photographs you provide. Every portrait is produced individually from your photo and is unique to your order.

3. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We'll confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable, there's an error in price or description, or we can't produce a quality portrait from the photo supplied. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD), payable at checkout. Promotions are genuine and time-limited — we don't display permanent discounts against inflated reference prices.

5. Your free preview

Before you buy, you can upload a photo on any product page and see a free preview of your portrait. That preview shows you what we'll make. By placing your order you confirm the portrait is what you want and authorize us to produce it.

6. Returns, refunds, and replacements

Because our portraits are custom and made to order, and because you see your portrait for free before you buy, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable for a change of mind. We will reprint or replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or are lost in transit, as set out in our Return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By submitting a photo, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. You grant us a limited license to use your photo solely to create and fulfil your order. We won't use your photos publicly or for marketing without your permission.

8. Intellectual property

The Loyal Canvas name, artwork styles, website content, and the artistic rendering of your portrait are owned by us or our licensors. Your purchase grants personal, non-commercial use of your portrait. No commercial reproduction without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the store: no unlawful, offensive, or infringing uploads, no attempts to disrupt the site. We may suspend or refuse service for misuse.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or the store is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
