You preview before you pay
Upload a photo on any product page and you see your exact portrait — your pet, in your chosen style — free, before you spend a thing. What you see in that preview is what we make.
Custom portraits are non-returnable
Each Loyal Canvas portrait is created from your photo and made to order — it cannot be resold or restocked. For that reason, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable for a change of mind. Since you see your portrait before you buy, you can order with confidence — and if you are unsure about anything, ask us first.
Damaged, defective, or lost — we make it right
If something goes wrong on our side, we fix it at no cost to you: a free reprint or replacement if your portrait arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is lost in transit. Contact us within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for a lost order), with photos of the issue where relevant.
Not covered
Change of mind on a custom piece, or issues caused by an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.
How to start
Write to us via the contact page on loyalcanvas.com or reply to your order email, including your order number, a short description, and photos if damaged. Where a refund genuinely applies, it is issued to your original payment method in US dollars.
